Since we took your website over in May, the work has been about moving it onto solid ground: faster, safer, and properly looked after. It's all live now and running well. Here's a plain-English account of what's been done and where things stand.

What we took over
01Your website existed, but it was built on an older arrangement that was awkward to maintain and slow to load. We rebuilt it on a modern foundation and moved it onto Cloudflare, a global network that serves your pages from the closest location to whoever is visiting. The result is a site that loads quickly, costs little to run, and is straightforward for us to update.
The address stayed exactly the same — drsandrasquara.co.za — so nothing changed for you or your patients. Everything underneath it changed for the better.

02Moved off the old platform
Rebuilt the site on a faster, self-contained setup and removed the old back-end it was tied to.
Your writing, brought across
Carried 31 of your blog articles over so your existing content stayed live and searchable.
Privacy and POPIA
Added a proper privacy policy, terms, and a cookie notice, so the site meets South Africa's data-protection rules.
Security tightened
Locked down how the site is built and published so changes can't be tampered with along the way.
Gone live, fully
Switched the live address over to the new site, set up your email, and finished the remaining checks. This is the day the new site became the real one.
What's running for you now
03A fast, modern website Live
Your site is served worldwide through Cloudflare's network. We checked it again on 10 June and both your main address and the www version are responding normally.
Email that can't be faked Live
We set your email up on Microsoft 365 and added the records (SPF and DKIM) that stop anyone from sending email that pretends to be from your domain. This protects both you and your patients from impersonation scams.
An assistant on the site Live
There's an assistant on your website that can answer common questions for visitors and help them get in touch, with a clear consent step before any of their details are captured.
Enquiries reach you directly Live
When someone fills in the enquiry form, it comes through to you by email automatically. There's nothing for you to log in to and check.
Patient privacy, handled Live
Anywhere the site collects a name or an email, the visitor has to agree first, and that agreement is recorded. This is what POPIA asks of a medical practice.

04The site went live on 27 May. Here is what's happened in the two weeks since, measured at the Cloudflare network your site runs on. These are real people and real visits — not estimates.

Busiest day: 2 June — 349 visitorsSteady, healthy traffic from day one — between roughly 245 and 350 visitors every day, with no quiet patches. May (27–31) then June (1–9).
Page & file loads per day
Busiest day: 6 June — 3,728 loadsEach visit loads several files (the page, images, and so on). About 42% of this was served instantly from Cloudflare's cache, which keeps your pages fast and your running costs low.
Who's looking after it
05The Fourths manages the website, the email, the security records, and the hosting on your behalf. You don't need to maintain anything. If you want a change made, a new article added, or a question answered, you tell us and we handle it.
